Welcome to Averia.store. By accessing our website or placing an order with us, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

1️⃣ General Conditions

  • By using this website, you confirm that you are 18 years or older, or using the site under the supervision of a parent or guardian.

  • Averia.store reserves the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.

  • Any breach of these Terms may result in termination of services.

2️⃣ Products & Services

  • Averia.store offers artificial jewellery and women’s watches.

  • All product images are for illustration purposes only. Slight variations in color, design, or finish may occur due to lighting, screen resolution, or manufacturing differences.

  • Product availability is subject to stock and may change without notice.

3️⃣ Pricing & Payments

  • All prices are listed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR).

  • Prices may be updated without prior notice.

  • We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) as the primary payment method.

  • Any applicable delivery charges will be clearly mentioned before order confirmation.

4️⃣ Order Confirmation & Acceptance

  • Placing an order does not guarantee acceptance.

  • Orders may require confirmation via WhatsApp or phone call.

  • Averia.store reserves the right to cancel or limit orders that appear fraudulent, unverified, or suspicious.

5️⃣ Shipping & Delivery

  • We deliver nationwide within Pakistan.

  • Estimated delivery time is 3–5 working days, which may extend during peak seasons (Ramadan, Eid, sales).

  • Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier delays or unforeseen circumstances.

  • Averia.store is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect address or contact details provided by the customer.

6️⃣ Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

  • Averia.store does not offer cash refunds.

  • Exchanges are only accepted if the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect, and reported within 24 hours of delivery.

  • An unboxing video is mandatory for all claims.

  • Products must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging.

  • Items damaged due to improper use, wear & tear, or negligence are not eligible for exchange.

7️⃣ Order Cancellation

  • Orders can only be cancelled before dispatch.

  • Once shipped, cancellations are not permitted.

  • Refused or unreceived COD orders may result in future order restrictions.

8️⃣ Intellectual Property

  • All content on Averia.store, including logos, images, text, graphics, and designs, is the property of Averia.store.

  • Unauthorized use, copying, or reproduction is strictly prohibited.

9️⃣ User Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Provide false or misleading information

  • Abuse, harass, or threaten our staff

  • Use the website for illegal or unauthorized purposes

  • Attempt to disrupt or compromise website security

Violation may result in legal action or service termination.

  • Averia.store is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from product use.

  • Artificial jewellery durability depends on proper care, which is the customer’s responsibility.

  • Watches are water-resistant only, not waterproof.
